Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has formed a strategic partnership with logistics provider Lalamove through its automotive brand, Lalamove Automotive. The collaboration introduces the Toyota Lite Ace as a preferred commercial vehicle for aspiring and existing Lalamove operators.

Under the Vehicle Ownership Program offered by Lalamove Automotive, operators can now purchase the Lite Ace Panel Van variant, catering to the growing mobility needs of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In response to this demand, TMP, in collaboration with Toyota Taytay, Rizal (TTR) dealership and Toyota Financial Services Philippines (TFS), has devised an affordable pricing scheme for the Lite Ace. This initiative aims to empower partner operators and facilitate the expansion of their transport and delivery services.

To raise awareness among current and potential operators, a TTR-Lalamove Automotive Business Roadshow was held last March. The event highlighted the Lite Ace as an ideal mobility partner for transporting goods and services for Lalamove customers. The Lite Ace Panel Van variant, with its compact body and efficient engine, enables Lalamove operators to transport more goods within the required payload capacity. Customers who choose the Lite Ace when booking moving services through the Lalamove app can expect the quality, durability, and reliability synonymous with Toyota vehicles.

Zellyn Lim, President of Toyota Taytay, Rizal, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasizing the role of financing in enhancing customers’ quality of life and supporting their business growth. The collaboration aims to benefit more Filipinos, contributing to an improved livelihood and a stronger national economy.

To reach more potential operators, TTR and Lalamove Automotive are organizing a series of caravans that will showcase the benefits of joining the program. Additionally, every Lite Ace purchase entitles partner operators to comprehensive accident and repair coverage through Toyota Insure and free Periodic Maintenance Service from 1K KM until the 40K KM checkup. Plans for the program may also include incorporating vehicles from T-SURE, Toyota’s Quality Pre-Owned Cars program, into Lalamove operations.

Designed to be a reliable business partner for Filipino MSMEs, the Toyota Lite Ace offers affordability, ease of operation and maintenance, high efficiency, flexible load capacity, and low fuel consumption. Available in various variants such as Panel Van, Pickup, Cargo, and FX, the Lite Ace allows drivers and businesses to optimize their trips and increase savings.
