THE QUEEN IS BACK: BoA’s New Album ‘Forgive Me’ proves that she deserved the title ‘Queen of K-POP’

Kwon Bo-ah, also known as BoA, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, dancer, record producer, and actress. She is one of the most successful and influential idols in South Korea. She paved the way for the K-POP which is why she has been dubbed the “Queen of KPOP.”

She once again showcased why she was deserving of that title by releasing an album titled “Forgive Me” on November 22, 2022, which is expertly crafted with vocals and astounding lyricism.

Her most recent album discusses finding her inner fierceness and ferocity; one of the lyrics, “You are late to this game and it is the deadly one,” may be a reference to the forward-thinking K-Pop World trends and a denunciation to those who have attempted to avert her accomplishments.

A PEEK AT HER MUSIC VIDEO:

In the music video for the song “Forgive Me,” BoA wears bold colors. Every music video she releases displays her goddess aura, but this one reveals her ferocious and angry side. Bold red had a very good reason to be associated with the lyrics and her facial expressions in the music video.

THE QUEEN GOT HER BACK: ALBUM TRACK

Alongside the title track ‘Forgive Me’ she also releases five B-side tracks to make sure it is a no-skip album!

All five of the album’s B-sides made their debut on the South Korean Bugs Music Chart an hour after their release.
