i2i New York Launches DJP Collection Designed by Daniel Padilla


i2i New York unveiled the DJP Collection with the newest brand ambassador Daniel Padilla at the Manila House Private Club in BGC, Taguig. The designs were done with the co-owners of i2i New York, couple Ricco Ocampo & Tina Ocampo.

DJP is a collection that is inexpensive and trendy which are inspired by music influences and idols of Daniel Padilla himself like John Lennon, Robert Downey Jr., and Johnny Depp.

“High school pa lang ako nag susuot na ako ng salamin,” says Daniel Padilla. He shares that he always liked playing with different styles of eyewear, which is a manifestation of the risks he’s willing to take when it comes to fashion.


DJ as he is casually called by many, has been so involved with the collection that he participated in assigning the colors of the frames and putting together the frames and lenses. Also in the new designs is the influence from his recent and favorite travel destination, Tokyo.

“Masyado akong na-inspire sa street fashion ng Tokyo. Ang galling nilang lahat manamit at ang eyewear nila, sobrang kakaiba!” Daniel gushes.


The color of the year is purple, it will be incorporated in the lenses and introduced this summer. Tina Ocampo says 
Daniel is the perfect addition to the growing i2i New York family and that Daniel and i2i are both authentic & true.
