Rainy days makes me think of hot soup and noodles. I’m a big fan of Chinese noodles. When Choi Garden invited me along with other bloggers to try their new noodles promo, I was so excited.  So last September 5, 2015, and yes on a rainy day, I visited Choi Garden to try out their food including their Chinese Noodles!

Visiting the Shabu-Shabu noodles station got me excited. Looking at the varieties of toppings you can put becomes overwhelming seeing all the delicious options you have. You feel like you are eating noodles in Hong Kong (HK).

For the soup base, you can either have Double Boiled Pork Bone or the spicier Szechuan Spicy Soup.

Lots of toppings to choose from: HK Fish Curry balls, HK Beef balls, Beef Brisket Tendon, Asado Pork, Braised Beef Knuckles, Gindara Tofu, crab sticks, and squid balls to name a few.

My configuration for my Shabu Shabu noodle bowl was:

  • HK Noodles
  • Szechuan Spicy Soup
  • Toppings of Pork Asado, Beef Brisket Tendon and HK Fish Curry Balls

The bowl comes with a Soy egg as well.

For Php 388, you get the Shabu Shabu noodle bowl, ice tea and a pork bun.

It’s definitely one of the best Chinese soup I have ever tried and highly recommends it! The best is that you can configure it to the toppings of your desire. A must try!

Choi Garden imports from Hongkong at lot of its ingredients that makes their food very authentic.

The pork bun with its sweet asado filling is also sold separately at Php 99 for 3 pieces. Good for people who love it sweeter.

One of the reasons you should visit Choi Garden is to try out their roast section. Having tried the roasted chicken and the Pork Asado on the soup, they are really up to the standard when it comes to roasting.

Choi Garden is at the 2nd Floor of Mega Atrium, SM Megamall, Ortigas, Mandaluyong City. The resto is open daily from 10am to 10pm.  You can visit their Facebook Page at www.Facebook.com/choigardenmegamall for updates and promos.
