For HR teams, the process is truly zero-touch: there’s no need to collect or process individual documents, as UnionBank manages verification, approval, and activation end to end. Once accounts are opened, HR officers can view employees’ account numbers directly on The Portal.

Zero-Touch Onboarding builds on the success of eDAO (ePaycard Digital Account Opening), launched in 2021 as the Philippines’ first digital onboarding alternative for corporate payroll accounts.
