As part of this collaboration, TCS will guide Unilab’s migration from its legacy enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to a modern, cloud-based digital core built on SAP S/4HANA on RISE. By leveraging this intelligent platform, Unilab will gain real-time insights, streamline business operations, and enable data-driven decision-making across functions. TCS will oversee the entire transformation journey—including strategy and design, governance, system implementation, data migration, testing, and change management—ensuring a smooth and future-ready transition.
