The City of 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐠 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫!

Last April 30, 2025, The City of Taguig opened the Hiraya Taguig Youth Development Center—an inspirational space where any child can dream.

Located along Laguna Lake Highway in Brgy. New Lower Bicutan, this is a new place where everyone is safe, welcome, and empowered to do greater things. From volunteerism, to skills training, and to community engagement, Young Taguigeños are guided and supported with anything they might need.

During the event, a signing of a Memorandum of Agreement were done between the local government, LoveYourself Inc., and Pia Wurtzback-Jauncey to help give the youth programs and access to a multi-functional facility that can help open doors of opportunities, connect with one another, participate in various activities that can help them grow with a supportive environment.

From conferences, to workshops, to seminars, to recreational activities, and to many more productive activities, the two-storey facility can accommodate anything that can help with the youth’s development.

This project was further supported by fundraising initiatives such as the Love Gala 2024 which was held last December 3, 2024 at the Marquis Events Place in Bonifacio Global City. It is also where Miss Universe 2025 Pia Wurtzbach-Jauncey auctioned off her iconic fashion pieces in support of the project.
