HONOR Philippines has done it again. But nothing could prepare him for the crowds on launch day.
“We went to the store around 10 or 10:30AM—mall had just opened,” he recalled. “I told my wife, ‘This will be quick, 30 minutes tops.’ But when we arrived at the HONOR store, it was already packed. There were even bollards in place to manage the crowd. I counted around 80 people already waiting, and it kept growing. Eventually, they had to remove the barriers to accommodate everyone. I was shocked!”
“A staff member told me I had to get a number—I was already number 90, and that was barely half an hour after opening.”
Clearly, the demand was very real.
