TCL, the Philippines’ No. 1 Panel TV brand and a global leader in TVs and air conditioning solutions, made a strong presence at PHILCONSTRUCT 2025—the country’s premier construction trade show—held simultaneously at the SMX Convention Center Mall of Asia and the World Trade Center in Pasay City from November 6 to 9, 2025.

As a trusted name in innovative home and commercial technologies, TCL spotlighted its advanced commercial air conditioning lineup, engineered to deliver energy efficiency, enhanced comfort, and smart performance for modern residential and large-scale developments.
Organized by the Philippine Constructors Association Inc. (PCA) in celebration of its 80th anniversary, PHILCONSTRUCT brought together leading builders, architects, engineers, developers, and industry innovators. The event also featured HVAC/R Philippines, the country’s leading platform for heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems—highlighting the latest climate-responsive and energy-efficient technologies shaping the future of construction.
“With TCL Air Conditioning expanding into the commercial segment, PHILCONSTRUCT served as the ideal platform to showcase our solutions, strengthen our market presence, and engage new channels such as consultants, contractors, and developers,” said Bert Cheung, Deputy Director of Air Solutions and B2B Business, TCL Philippines.
Expanding from Residential Leadership to Commercial Excellence

Building on its strong leadership in the residential air conditioning market, TCL is rapidly expanding into the commercial sector with its Light Commercial AC lineup and advanced Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems. At PHILCONSTRUCT, TCL highlighted its T-AI Full DC Inverter technology, known for exceptional energy efficiency, alongside its versatile VRF solutions designed to support a wide range of applications.
Visitors had the opportunity to view and experience TCL’s complete air conditioning portfolio—from residential units to large-scale VRF systems—while on-site TCL representatives provided in-depth product demonstrations and technical consultations.
“TCL is actively strengthening its commercial footprint, led by the TMV6 Intelligent VRF and Full DC Inverter Central Air Conditioning System,” shared Vincent Tobias, Assistant Product Manager for Air Conditioners, TCL Philippines. “We also showcased the Free Match Multi-Split System, which offers flexible combinations to meet diverse project requirements. On the residential side, our FreshIN P7 series remains a flagship solution, delivering superior indoor air quality by drawing in fresh outdoor air to improve oxygen levels inside the room.”
Engineered for Large-Scale Efficiency and Flexibility
Designed for large-scale applications, the TCL TMV6 VRF System delivers a maximum system capacity of up to 144 HP, enabling a single system to efficiently cool expansive spaces. Its industry-leading refrigerant piping length of up to 1,100 meters provides unmatched flexibility in indoor unit placement, making it suitable for complex building layouts.

This design not only reduces material and installation costs but also lowers long-term operational expenses. With a high Integrated Part Load Value (IPLV) of 10, the system ensures optimal energy efficiency, reduced power consumption, and dependable performance supported by multiple built-in protection features.

TCL also introduced its latest inverter technologies, smart controls, and energy-efficient innovations at the exhibit. “TCL pioneers the application of Artificial Intelligence in air conditioning through our T-AI Inverter Technology, delivering up to 80% energy savings compared to non-inverter units,” Tobias added. “This performance is reflected in our Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) labels, which rank among the highest in the market. We are also the first brand to introduce offline voice command control, offering consumers greater flexibility and convenience.”
Designed for the Philippine Market, Backed by End-to-End Support
Developed specifically for Philippine conditions, TCL air conditioning solutions prioritize energy savings and cost efficiency amid rising electricity prices. TCL’s commitment to value is driven by meticulous product development and the careful selection of high-quality components—ensuring reliable performance at consumer-friendly price points.
Beyond products, TCL provides comprehensive end-to-end support for its industry partners. From concept development and architectural design to installation, system commissioning, and final turnover, the TCL AC team works closely with developers, consultants, and contractors to deliver seamless project execution.
“Deeply committed to the Philippine market, TCL continues to refine its solutions to meet diverse needs—from residential and commercial projects to industrial applications and green buildings that demand superior efficiency and integrated fresh air systems,” Tobias concluded. “This ensures we can deliver tailored solutions for every project, regardless of scale or complexity.”
