The development marks a landmark joint venture between ARTHALAND, through its subsidiary Zileya Land Development Corporation, and Mitsui Fudosan (Asia), part of the globally renowned Mitsui Fudosan Group—one of Japan’s largest real estate companies with a diverse international footprint spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.
