Samsung is enhancing cross-device connectivity with the introduction of AirDrop support to its latest Samsung Galaxy S26 lineup—bringing faster and more seamless file sharing to users through its Quick Share feature.

Starting March 23, the rollout will begin in South Korea before gradually expanding to key global markets, including Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Latin America, North America, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan.
With this update, Galaxy S26 users can enjoy a more intuitive and efficient way to transfer photos, videos, and files between compatible devices—streamlining everyday sharing across platforms.
AirDrop support will initially be exclusive to the Galaxy S26 series, with Samsung expected to extend the feature to more devices in the future.
