On October 24, 2025, the world comes together once again to mark World Polio Day — a global moment of unity, reflection, and renewed commitment to eradicating polio once and for all.

In solidarity with millions of Rotarians and public health champions worldwide, Rotary International District 3830, led by District Governor Regie B. Nolido, is hosting a special celebration and fund-raising event, D3830 Oktoberfest, at the historic Rotary Club of Makati Building in Guadalupe, Makati.
This landmark venue carries profound historical meaning — it was here that the first drop of the polio vaccine in the Philippines was administered in 1979, marking the start of Rotary’s life-changing mission to eliminate polio in the country.
An Oktoberfest with Purpose
Headed by Chairperson Keith A.D. Harrison and the dedicated organizing committee, D3830 Oktoberfest promises a lively evening blending fun, music, and advocacy. Guests can look forward to great food, festive drinks, and a true Oktoberfest atmosphere — all while supporting a noble cause.
The celebration will feature performances by Ang Bagong Luto ni Enriquez, TRES, and an electrifying set by world-class DJ John Robinson, making it a night of fellowship and purpose.
A Celebration that Saves Lives
All proceeds from the event will go directly to Rotary’s End Polio Now campaign, which continues to fund vaccination programs and public awareness initiatives across the globe.
Join Rotary District 3830 in raising awareness, celebrating progress, and taking one step closer to a world free from polio.
Celebrate. Support. End Polio Now.
