Iloilo’s very own Pulsing Chunky is back with fresh energy, dropping their latest single “Can You Feel It” on August 15—the third release from their highly anticipated album Dandelion, set to bloom this November under Cebu-based indie label Melt Records.
A vibrant collaboration with fellow Iloilo indie rockers The Queens, the track delivers an infectious pop-rock punch infused with both bands’ unmistakable indie flavor. With a short but striking guitar solo crafted by Pao (The Queens’ former guitarist) alongside Justin of Pulsing Chunky, “Can You Feel It” resonates with the universal search for someone who can brave life’s storms by your side.
The single comes on the heels of Pulsing Chunky’s double-release of “Everbloom” and “Things Left Untold” earlier this year, and was produced and mastered by nosleepfortenenen, with cover art designed by the band themselves.
Both groups have been making waves in the local scene—fresh from last year’s nationwide tours and standout performances at Fête de la Musique Cebu 2025. The Queens, who recently celebrated Pride Month with their June release “Rock Paper Scissors”, bring their signature flair to the collab, fronted by the powerhouse vocals of Lilith Brendan.
The music video for “Can You Feel It” premiered on August 16, adding a visual spark to the track’s streaming release.
