They say a good education can change lives—but a great teacher can change the world. This Teachers’ Month, premier Apple partner Power Mac Center (PMC) is turning gratitude into action with “To My Teacher,” a campaign dedicated to celebrating educators who inspire, mentor, and guide like second parents.
The initiative combines on-campus activations, online contests, and exclusive rewards designed to honor teachers while supporting the academe with tools and technology fit for the classrooms of today and the future.
“‘Thank you’ is a powerful message, and we want more teachers to feel the impact of those words. At Power Mac Center, we amplify that gratitude by empowering educators and students with technology, training, and support that extend the reach of learning,” said Joey Alvarez, PMC Director for Marketing and Product Management.
Wall of Thanks: A Freedom Wall for Teachers
PMC is bringing its Wall of Thanks to select campus stores, giving students the chance to write short notes of appreciation to their teachers. Messages will be posted on a dedicated board, while participants also get to take home special PMC merchandise.
The Wall of Thanks runs from October 1–4, 2025 at:
- University of Santo Tomas – October 1
- UP Shopping Center – October 2
- De La Salle University Manila – October 3
Alongside this, students and faculty can visit the Mac Clinic booth for free external device cleaning, assessment, and consultation.
Show Gratitude Online: The “To My Teacher” Contest
Students can also join the celebration online through a Facebook photo contest. Simply:
- Post a photo with your teacher and a heartfelt message completing the line: “To my teacher, ___”
- Answer: “How does your teacher improve your learning experience with the help of technology?”
- Use the hashtag #PMCToMyTeacher, set your post to Public, and submit your entry via this form.
Entries are open from October 2–15, 2025 (11:59 PM).
Six (6) winners will each receive ₱3,000 Power Mac Center Gift Certificates + Accessory Bundles worth ₱6,000. Winners will be announced on PMC’s Facebook page and notified via email.
