The Top Performer Award recognizes Trip.com Group’s exceptional sales performance and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Meanwhile, the Chairman’s Circle Club Award—one of PAL’s most prestigious distinctions—celebrates the Group’s achievements across all sales channels, cementing its reputation as a leader in the travel industry.

“We are incredibly honored to receive not just one, but two prestigious awards from Philippine Airlines,” said CT Ooi, Associate Vice President of Trip.com Group. “These recognitions reflect the strength of our collaboration and our shared dedication to delivering seamless, world-class travel experiences. We look forward to building on this partnership as we connect more travelers to and from the Philippines.”

Capt. Stanley K. Ng, President and Chief Operating Officer of Philippine Airlines, praised the collaboration, saying, “Trip.com Group has consistently excelled in driving bookings and supporting our mission of bringing Filipino hospitality to the skies. Their innovative strategies and strong customer engagement have made them an indispensable partner. We are thrilled to celebrate their achievements through these awards.”

In 2024, Trip.com’s flight bookings through its Philippine platform surged by more than 300% compared to the previous year. Top destinations for Filipino travelers included mainland China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, and Korea. With PAL resuming direct flights between Manila and Beijing, and upcoming new routes from Cebu to Ho Chi Minh City in May 2025 and Manila to Da Nang in July 2025, travel between the Philippines and Asia is expected to grow even stronger.
