Today, emerging rapper, singer-songwriter Paul Russell unveils his latest track, “Say Cheese” available now on Arista Records. The official video is set to premiere on Wednesday, January 31st, gracing the screens of MTV Live, mtvU, MTV’s Biggest Pop, and the iconic Paramount Times Square billboards.
