BTS’ Jin shines as the face of Otoki’s global rebrand

Korean food giant Otoki has officially introduced the vibrant global rebrand of its beloved Otoki Jin Ramen—and the Philippines got front-row seats to the celebration. On May 24, SM Megamall Game Park transformed into a pop culture playground for the “Jin-Credible Glow Up” launch event, bringing together over 100 excited guests including media representatives, influencers, and BTS ARMY fan groups.

The event spotlighted Otoki’s sleek new packaging featuring BTS member Jin, now gracing both the bowl and cup versions of Jin Ramen. The refresh marks a bold new chapter for the brand as it expands its presence across global markets.

Guests were treated to an immersive experience with interactive stations where they could snap selfies with the new packaging, test their skills in bowling, darts, and basketball, and create their own ramen bowls at the Ramen Station. Every completed challenge earned raffle entries, with exclusive prizes like Jin plushies, posters, and K-pop albums up for grabs.

The program kicked off with remarks from Edgar Allan Caper, Chief Marketing Officer of Nextrade Philippines, who shared the brand’s vision and excitement for the global rollout. The event also spotlighted Jin’s appointment as Otoki’s new global ambassador—his warmth, charm, and passion for ramen making him a perfect fit for the brand.

The new Jin Ramen packaging has been rolled out not only in South Korea but also in key international markets including the United States, Canada, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Blending mouthwatering flavor with pop culture appeal, Otoki Jin Ramen’s glow-up is more than just a redesign—it’s a celebration of fandom, food, and fun. With its bold new look and global ambassador at the helm, Otoki is ready to make waves around the world—one delicious bowl at a time.
