The next generation of Original Pilipino Music (OPM) took center stage as KDR Music House’s rising artists delivered standout performances during the inaugural leg of Wish 107.5’s “On Campus” Bus Session at Arellano University – Juan Sumulong Campus.

Showcasing fresh original music and exciting new talent, the event brought together students, music lovers, and aspiring artists for a day-long celebration that transformed the university into a vibrant hub of live entertainment.
Leading the lineup was singer and content creator Kevin Montillano, who captivated the crowd with his heartfelt single, “Alon.” The emotionally driven track explores themes of self-doubt, personal growth, and resilience, reflecting life’s constant highs and lows while highlighting Montillano’s sincere storytelling and evolving artistry.
Newly signed KDR Music House artist Dwarf also made a memorable impression with “Junior’s Night,” a nostalgic folk-pop anthem that revisits the innocence of first love and life’s unforgettable first experiences. Known for his signature “mystical folk pop” sound, Dwarf continues to carve his own identity through deeply personal songwriting rooted in emotion and cherished memories.
Bringing youthful energy to the stage, emerging band polaris. ignited the audience with “Laro,” an upbeat anthem celebrating freedom, connection, and self-expression. The song resonated strongly with the Gen Z crowd, reinforcing the band’s growing appeal among young music fans. The group also teased the release of their upcoming single, “Huling Mensahe,” scheduled to drop next month.
The musical showcase continued with impressive performances from fellow KDR Music House artists Hakki, Destiny Palisoc, Oh Stella!, and Levii, each bringing their own unique sound and personality to the all-day celebration.
Adding even more excitement to the event was special guest 1st.One, whose electrifying performance drew thunderous cheers from students and elevated the concert atmosphere inside the campus.
More Than a Concert
Beyond the performances, Wish 107.5’s “On Campus” Bus Session offered students a full-day immersive music experience.
The festivities began in the morning with an intimate busking performance by Destiny Palisoc, allowing students to connect with the artist up close before the day’s main attractions.
By afternoon, anticipation reached its peak as the iconic Wish Bus rolled onto campus, featuring exclusive bus performances followed by an energetic live stage concert that transformed the university grounds into a festival-like celebration of music and youth culture.
Serving as a grand welcome event for Arellano University’s incoming freshmen, the gathering successfully blended live entertainment, student camaraderie, and original Filipino music into one unforgettable campus experience.
