On February 14, romance reaches new heights with a special Valentine’s Dinner (₱1,800 per person). Couples can enjoy an intimate evening beneath glowing hot air balloons illuminated in sync with live music — a rare spectacle that transforms the night sky into a canvas of light and color. It’s a setting designed for unforgettable memories.

This year’s Fiesta introduces whimsical balloon characters making their Philippine debut, including Finley the Turtle (UK), Tuca the Toucan (Brazil), Red and Blue Macaws (Brazil), and Walrus (Brazil).
