This year, Metrobank honored more than 1,000 service awardees, recognizing employees whose years of dedication have contributed to the Bank’s enduring legacy. Among them are 171 Metrobankers celebrating 30 years of service with the institution.
Over the years, generations of Metrobankers have witnessed the Bank navigate major milestones and challenges, helping it adapt to an ever-changing environment while remaining grounded in the values that have guided it for decades.
“Our greatest lesson from their journey is that resilience alone is not enough. While circumstances may change, our values must remain constant. We must continue to lead with malasakit, do what is right for our customers, and be the Bank that Filipinos can always rely on, especially when times are hard,” said Metrobank President Fabian S. Dee during the Bank’s 64th Anniversary Service Awards.
More than a celebration of loyalty and years of service, the event also highlighted the enduring Metrobanker spirit and the employees’ contributions to building lasting relationships with customers, supporting businesses through different economic cycles, and helping strengthen the communities the Bank serves.
