Celebrity and restaurateur Marvin Agustin brings you brings you the flavors of Singapore right in the comfort of your kitchen in collaboration with Singaporean chef Bjorn Shen and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB).

They will star in a web series called ‘Singapore Reimagined’ where the two will create mouthwatering dishes done by the popular Singaporean cooking style, Zi Char.

STB is popularizing Zi Char, a celebrated cooking style from Singapore that means ‘cook and fry’, in the Philippines. As part of Singapore’s tourism campaign, Marvin Agustin and Chef Bjorn Shen reimagining crazy-delicious Zi Char recipes such as Cereal Prawns, Coffee Pork Ribs, and Seafood White Bee Hoon.

Agustin showcases his culinary flair as he reimagines popular Zi Char dishes that have been a staple in Singaporean homes since the 1930s.
