Select locations were transformed into micro-payout hubs strategically positioned in remote barangays and island communities. To further extend reach, mobile branches and payout caravans were deployed, bringing government assistance closer to beneficiaries who would otherwise face long travel times and logistical challenges.

Lisa Lou Castro-Sabado, Chief Business Development Officer and Missy Cheah-Balemor, Head of Palawan For Business proudly received the award for driving innovative B2B initiatives that create meaningful impact.

The program also introduced real-time transaction monitoring and SMS notifications, ensuring transparency, traceability, and confidence among beneficiaries. For DOLE and other government partners, the model provided a fully compliant, efficient, and scalable disbursement solution capable of handling large-scale operations with reliability and speed.
