James Cameron’s AVATAR is now back in Philippine Cinemas!

Manila, Philippines: The stunning world of pandora is back on the big screen!

James Cameron’s Academy Award-winning 2009 epic adventure “Avatar” returns to theaters this week with its upgraded stunning 4K High Dynamic Range, further solidifying its spot as the highest-grossing movie of all time.

Upon the release of James Cameron’s video promotion for the Avatar re-release, saying this is “The way it was meant to be seen.”

“It’s been 12 years since the release, and so basically if you’re under 22 or 23 years of age, it’s very, very unlikely that you’ve seen the film in a movie theater. Which in a way kinda means you haven’t seen the film. We authored the film for the big screen, for the giant screen, in 3D. And now we’ve remastered it in 4K, in high-dynamic range and some 48-frame-per-second sections in the film.” Cameron explains. He also says that this film is now looking better than it ever has, even back when it first came out.

This special event made social media abuzz in overseas markets when Disney began spreading the news about the remastered version of James Cameron’s original 2009 Avatar, and as audiences are also being treated to sneak a peak from the footage of the upcoming sequel, Avatar: The Way of Water.

Known artists and social media influencers are also present to the first day of Avatar special screening in the Philippines, like Megan Young and Mikael Daez.

Through this limited time, make sure to bring your friends and family to join the fun of reminiscing the wonderful world of the Na’vi as it’s time to return to Pandora!
