Fujifilm Philippines announces the launch of the instax WIDE Evo™, a hybrid, wide-angle instant camera, with a special exhibit at Glorietta Activity Center, Makati entitled “10:10 – Wider Stories to Tell.”
Fujifilm Philippines has officially unveiled the instax WIDE Evo™, a new hybrid instant camera designed to capture wider, more immersive memories. Following the success of the instax mini Evo™, this latest addition to the instax™ line offers a wide-angle lens, enhanced creative features, and premium design—now available nationwide.
To mark the launch, Fujifilm is hosting “10:10 – Wider Stories to Tell,” a two-day exhibit at the Glorietta Activity Center from April 26 to 27, 2025. The exhibit will spotlight powerful visual narratives from top Filipino photographers Jilson Tiu, Geloy Concepcion, Aya Cabauatan, and Issa Barte, using the instax WIDE Evo™ as a canvas for their stories.
A Masterpiece in Every Shot
The instax WIDE Evo™ merges modern tech with the nostalgic charm of instant film. It features a rear LCD screen for photo previews, a manual “print crank” for analog-like operation, and the ability to function as a smartphone printer. With 10 lens effects (like Magenta and Monochrome) and 10 film styles (such as Light Leak and Color Gradient), users can create up to 100 different shooting effects—with over 100,000 combinations possible.
The camera also introduces a first for the instax™ series: Degree Control, which allows users to fine-tune the intensity of effects like light and color with 100 levels of precision.
Its striking black-and-metal design, tactile dials, and print crank offer a premium experience, blending digital convenience with the joy of analog creation.
Explore, Create, and Connect with the instax WIDE Evo App
A dedicated app brings even more to the table. The instax WIDE Evo™ app includes a Discover Feed that lets users explore photos and effects shared by others around the world. Users can favorite styles, replicate settings, and print photos directly from their smartphones using Direct Print. Bluetooth connectivity makes syncing seamless, and every print can be saved and shared digitally with the signature instax™ frame.

A poignant reflection on identity, migration, and belonging, Jilson’s exhibit captures fragments of memory as he retraces his journey from Tondo to Makati—and ultimately, back to Manila. His images serve as anchors in a world constantly in motion.
🖼 Aya Cabauatan – “Pag-uruli: Where the Horizons Meet”
Shot in Sorsogon and Manila, Aya’s series bridges the stillness of the province and the rush of city life. Her photos highlight the beauty of everyday moments and the quiet power of the female gaze.
🖼 Geloy Concepcion – “Moments to Memories”
This project captures fleeting yet intimate moments with his family during brief visits home. A raw and emotional series that underscores the bittersweet rhythm of distance and connection.
🖼 Issa Barte – “Heritage of Humanity”
Through scenes from Vietnam, Issa explores the complexities of remembering—both the pain and beauty of history—and how it can inform who we are and who we can become.
The instax WIDE Evo™ is now available at Fujifilm authorized dealers across the Philippines with a suggested retail price of ₱22,599.
