Taguig City, Philippines — Hann Resorts has announced its newest large-scale development, Hann Reserve, an eco-luxury estate in New Clark City, during a media briefing held at Manila House in Bonifacio Global City. Branded under the theme “Bold Horizons: A New Era of Integrated Lifestyle,” the event was led by key executives Agnes “Neki” Liwanag, Vice President for Real Estate and Property Development of Hann Philippines, Inc., and Tim Neil, General Manager of Hann Reserve.

Liwanag outlined Hann Resorts’ expanding portfolio, tracing its evolution from the well-established Hann Casino Resort in Clark Freeport Zone to what she described as the Group’s next major landmark—Hann Reserve, a nature-led sanctuary estate in Tarlac scheduled to open in March.

A Philosophy Built on Play

At the heart of Hann Resorts’ strategy is the belief that play is not simply recreation, but a way of life. Guided by its “Play Bold. Live Bold.” philosophy, the company develops integrated destinations where hospitality, dining, entertainment, wellness, retail, and outdoor experiences exist within one seamless ecosystem.

This vision is embodied by Hann Casino Resort, the brand’s 11-hectare flagship property in Clark. The integrated complex houses international hotel brands Marriott and Swissotel, alongside homegrown Widus, more than 20 dining concepts, bars with live entertainment, and a curated retail strip—allowing guests to move fluidly between leisure and lifestyle pursuits.

A recent milestone for the resort is its 1.2-hectare gaming expansion, which introduced an additional 584 slot machines and 34 table games within a dramatic canyon-inspired setting. Layered rock forms, flowing pathways, textured stone finishes, warm earth tones, and ambient lighting evoke natural landscapes, creating an immersive yet refined environment.

One of the expansion’s focal points is The Canyon, a lifestyle hub that functions as a coffee destination by day and transforms into a café-winery by night. New dining concepts were also unveiled, including Three Woks, which offers East Asian cuisine inspired by Chinese, Japanese, and Korean traditions, and The Pearl, an intimate fine-dining venue within the VIP gaming area showcasing curated Asian specialties.

Responsible Growth and Community Impact

Liwanag also highlighted Hann Resorts’ sustainability and social responsibility programs through the Hann Foundation in Pampanga and Tarlac. The foundation supports education, livelihood initiatives, healthcare infrastructure, environmental protection, and cultural preservation within surrounding communities.

“Building on what we have achieved in Clark, Hann Reserve represents the next phase of our growth—one that is grounded in sustainability, long-term planning, and a deep understanding of place,” Liwanag said.

She added that Hann Reserve extends the lifestyle experience offered at Hann Casino Resort, allowing guests to enjoy urban-style leisure in Clark before transitioning into golf and nature-focused recreation in New Clark City—creating a connected journey across destinations.

Introducing Hann Reserve: Greatness, by Nature

Expanding on the Group’s long-term vision, Tim Neil introduced Hann Reserve as Hann Resorts’ most nature-forward development to date, guided by the philosophy “Greatness, by Nature.”

Spanning approximately 450 hectares, the estate is designed as an eco-luxury sanctuary that integrates championship golf courses, wellness facilities, education institutions, and residential communities into a unified environment. Rather than imposing on the land, the masterplan prioritizes open spaces, natural contours, and environmental harmony.

“We’re not here to replicate—we’re here to reinvent,” Neil said. “We’re trying to create quality golf at the highest level, with something for multiple groups of consumers, whether that’s wellness seekers, aspiring professionals, or families.”

A centerpiece of Hann Reserve is its golf offering: three championship courses created by Nicklaus Design, K.J. Choi, and Sir Nick Faldo, complemented by a PGA Performance Center and PGA Village developed with the PGA of America. The partnership will also establish structured learning pathways for student-athletes, integrated with a planned international school—supporting both sporting excellence and professional development within the wider golf industry.

Neil emphasized that Hann Reserve’s March opening marks the beginning of a long-term development journey, with future phases carefully sequenced to ensure quality, continuity, and international relevance.

Together, Hann Casino Resort and Hann Reserve illustrate Hann Resorts’ ambition to build an interconnected lifestyle ecosystem—where guests transition seamlessly from city energy to open landscapes, from dining and entertainment to wellness and championship golf.
