This year, Globe ensures that every smile, selfie, and story from MassKara can be shared in real time through expanded 5G coverage across Bacolod City. Building a 5G-Powered Bacolod
Today, Bacolod and Negros Occidental are powered by more than 300 Globe cell sites, including 5G towers that provide fast, dependable coverage across the province. By 2025, Globe is set to roll out over 30 new and upgraded 5G sites, strengthening Bacolod’s standing as a digital hub of the Visayas.
Across Negros Oriental, Globe operates over 100 sites, bringing the total to nearly 600 cell sites across the island—making Negros one of the most connected provinces in the country, ready to support both everyday life and large-scale events like MassKara.
