As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to reshape the workplace, Globe is putting its people at the center of its transformation by providing employees with the tools, skills, and support they need to thrive in an AI-enabled environment.
Rather than viewing AI simply as a technology investment, Globe is taking a people-first approach to adoption—strengthening workforce capabilities so employees can work smarter, innovate faster, and create greater value for customers and the business.
“At Globe, we see AI as an enabler of human potential,” said Renato “Ato” Jiao, Chief Human Resource Officer. “Our goal is not simply to adopt new technologies, but to equip our people with the tools, skills, and confidence to thrive in an AI-enabled workplace. When our employees succeed, they create better experiences for our customers and stronger outcomes for the business.”
Making AI Part of the Employee Experience
Human Resources plays a central role in Globe’s people-first AI strategy by integrating artificial intelligence into learning, development, and employee experience initiatives.
Employees have access to an intelligent virtual assistant that streamlines HR services and support, making workplace information easier to find and assistance more responsive. Structured AI learning journeys and hands-on training programs likewise help employees build AI literacy and practical skills based on their individual levels of proficiency.
Globe is also bringing AI into employees’ everyday workflows. An AI-enabled knowledge platform gives employees easier access to policies, benefits, and workplace resources, while data-driven mentoring and skills development programs connect them with relevant learning opportunities.
At the same time, secure AI productivity tools allow teams to automate routine processes, improve efficiency, and devote more time to higher-value work that depends on creativity, critical thinking, and human judgment.
From AI Training to Real-World Impact
Globe’s investment in AI skills is already translating into measurable results across the organization.
More than 80% of Globe employees now have access to AI productivity tools, while over 2,500 employees have completed AI learning programs. These efforts have helped employees develop more than 30 AI-powered tools and bots supporting areas such as procurement, quality assurance, customer engagement, data analytics, and network operations.
The impact is being felt in employees’ day-to-day work. Eighty-four percent of employees reported increased productivity, with AI-powered workflows helping them save an average of three to four hours per week.
These employee-led innovations are also generating tangible business value.
AI-powered quality audits have significantly reduced costs and manual effort, while a procurement chatbot now handles approximately 1,500 inquiries every month. AI-driven personalization has strengthened customer engagement and revenue, while intelligent network monitoring has achieved 90% fault detection accuracy, helping reduce service restoration time by 70%.
Together, these initiatives demonstrate how AI capabilities can extend beyond productivity gains—helping employees improve operations, deliver better customer experiences, and contribute directly to business performance.
Putting Human Expertise at the Heart of AI
For Globe, technology delivers the greatest value when it works alongside human expertise.
By fostering a culture of continuous learning and responsible innovation, the company empowers employees to use AI not simply to automate tasks, but to strengthen collaboration, support better decision-making, and create meaningful impact for customers, communities, partners, and shareholders.
The approach also reflects a broader transformation taking place across the global workforce.
According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025, 86% of employers expect AI and information processing technologies to transform their businesses by 2030, while 77% plan to upskill and reskill their workforce to work alongside AI.
As organizations worldwide prepare for an increasingly AI-driven economy, Globe continues to strengthen its workforce by giving employees the skills, tools, and confidence needed to adapt to change, embrace new opportunities, and create greater value.
Recognized as a Great Place To Work®, Globe continues to invest in its people by cultivating a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous growth. By helping employees embrace emerging technologies with confidence, the company is building not only a more digitally capable workforce, but also a more resilient and future-ready organization.
