MANILA, Philippines — Delivery platform foodpanda Philippines has successfully wrapped up its nationwide CRAVE Partner Summit and Awards 2026 in Manila. The summit brought together local merchant partners and prominent industry figures to analyze digital innovation, shifting consumer habits, and the power of collaborative business strategies. Aligning with the upcoming celebration of World Food Day, the gathering emphasized how critical homegrown food businesses are to sustaining local livelihoods and regional economic development.

The Manila finale follows successful regional legs previously held in Cebu (for Visayas) and Davao (for Mindanao). The culminating conference tackled the primary pain points currently facing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), focusing heavily on inflation, supply costs, and digital transition friction. Leadership representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) E-Commerce Bureau took the stage, identifying advanced digital literacy and expanded market access as the two most critical tools for MSMEs looking to successfully expand their market footprints.

“Growth looks different for every business, and our goal is to help our merchant partners grow with foodpanda at every stage,” said Prateek Teotia, Director of Commercial at foodpanda Philippines. “Through technology, insights, market access, and stronger partnerships, we want to give businesses more opportunities to reach customers, strengthen operations, and build for the future.”

Celebrating Merchant Success

The CRAVE Partner Summit and Awards 2026 honored outstanding merchant partners across five primary categories. Market dominance and top sales volume were celebrated through Pau Pau’s Top of Table award, while vendors displaying exceptional year-on-year growth during the first half of 2026 received the Pau Pau’s Momentum Master distinction. Additionally, Pau Pau’s Brand Spotlight recognized inventive marketing campaigns and collaborative brand strategies, the Operational Excellence award highlighted unmatched service reliability, and the People’s Palate Award went to merchants boasting the highest customer ratings and customer retention rates.

The ceremony similarly turned its spotlight toward foodpanda’s thriving quick-commerce and retail ecosystem. Within the Shops division, top revenue generators were presented with the Checkout Champion Award, while businesses with outstanding inventory diversity won the People’s Choice Award. For the platform’s grocery branch, DMart, the Ad-vantage Award was given to recognize exceptional ad-driven campaign performance, alongside dedicated accolades for rapid sales growth and standout new merchants. Finally, Retail Media Partners (RMP) were also recognized, taking home the Ad Synergy Award for platform ecosystem integration and the Ad Catalyst Award for cutting-edge advertising agency innovations.

Beyond the Order: Tools for Sustainable Growth

To ensure the long-term success of its partners, foodpanda continues to equip its extensive merchant network with comprehensive data insights, advanced delivery infrastructure, customized advertising solutions, and accessible, collateral-free financing through foodpanda Capital. Looking ahead, the delivery platform remains dedicated to driving strong demand generation, refining the overall customer experience, and elevating its logistics network to cultivate a highly resilient and sustainable digital food ecosystem.
