In celebration of International Women’s Month, Finestra invites guests to an extraordinary evening dedicated to the strength, creativity, and elegance of women. Taking place on March 7, this exclusive dinner at Solaire Resort North brings together a talented all-women team to deliver a remarkable culinary and hospitality experience.

A Celebration of Talent and Craft

The evening highlights the artistry of January Belardo, also known as Chef Janu of Quezon Club, who will present a refined nine-course tasting menu inspired by her personal culinary journey—from childhood memories to her evolution as a chef.

Complementing the culinary experience is Melody Protacio, Head Mixologist of Skybar, whose expertly crafted cocktails will accompany the evening’s courses. Completing the trio is Cacharelle Serrajotto, one of the resort’s Restaurant Managers, who together with her team will deliver impeccable service throughout the night.

Priced at ₱4,500++ per guest, the curated menu features bold flavors and elegant presentations. Among the highlights are:

• Calamansi ricotta agnolotti, a bright and decadent pasta dish
• Shio koji tenderloin paired with miso lentil purée, shishito, and caramelized jus
• Burnt eggplant with flower croustade, offering smoky depth and delicate textures

Guests may elevate their dining experience with an optional beverage pairing for ₱1,000++, featuring a progression of cocktails—from lightly sweet aperitifs to smooth, full-bodied creations—carefully designed to complement each course.
