EY GDS Philippines Wins 4 Workplace & Tech Awards

EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS) Philippines has secured four prestigious recognitions from HR Asia and the Asia CEO Awards, highlighting its commitment to sustainable growth through employee experience, workplace inclusion, technological innovation, and the development of future-ready capabilities.

At the HR Asia Awards, EY GDS Philippines was recognized as one of the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026 – The Philippines Chapter. The award program utilizes HR Asia’s Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM), which evaluates employee feedback and workplace benchmarks. This makes the recognition a reflection not only of the organization’s human resource practices but also of how its employees experience and engage with the workplace.

In addition to this distinction, EY GDS Philippines also received the HR Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award and the HR Asia Tech Empowerment Award.

It also announced plans to hire approximately 2,000 additional employees over the next two to three years.
