EastWest Bank proudly received the People Program of the Year – National Winner award at the 2025 People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Awards, held at Nustar Resort and Casino in Cebu.

Out of 23 organizations evaluated nationwide, six were named Regional Exemplars, and only three programs earned the distinction of National Winner. EastWest stood out as the sole honoree for its innovative and sustainable HR transformation program, People Experience Made Easy, aligning perfectly with this year’s PMAP theme: “Sustainable HR Strategies in a Challenging World.”
