Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP), the official bottling partner and distributor of Coca-Cola products in the country, has appointed Ramon Christian “Chris” Pesigan as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2026.

Pesigan takes over from Gareth McGeown, who led CCEAP for the past seven years and steered the company through a period of sustained growth, operational transformation, and new performance benchmarks in the Philippine market.
A seasoned Coca-Cola leader, Pesigan has been instrumental in shaping CCEAP’s commercial direction since joining the organization in 2013. Over the years, he held key roles including Commercial Go-to-Market Director and General Trade Director, where he strengthened the company’s trade execution capabilities and elevated its commercial strategy nationwide.
Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, Pesigan served as Commercial Vice President for more than two years. In that role, he sharpened the company’s competitive edge, deepened customer partnerships, and reinforced Coca-Cola’s route-to-market excellence—ensuring the brand’s portfolio of iconic beverages continues to reach millions of Filipino households across the country.
“It is an honor to lead Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines at such a transformative and exciting time,” Pesigan said. “My passion for our purpose has never been greater. With our 9,000 empowered associates—our greatest strength—we are more driven than ever to deliver sustainable growth for our people, our customers, and the communities we serve.”
Meanwhile, McGeown will transition to a broader regional role as Vice President and General Manager for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ Australia, Pacific, and Southeast Asia (APS) business unit. He expressed strong confidence in Pesigan’s leadership and the company’s continued trajectory.
“Leading CCEAP’s growth has been a privilege,” McGeown shared. “Our teams’ dedication and commitment have propelled us forward. Chris’ appointment reflects the strong foundation we’ve built together, and I am confident he will continue to build on this momentum as we refresh the Philippines together.”
Pesigan’s appointment marks a new chapter for CCEAP, which builds on Coca-Cola’s 114-year legacy in the Philippines. As a total beverage company, CCEAP continues to evolve beyond manufacturing and distribution—positioning itself as a partner in community development, sustainability, and inclusive economic growth.
With new leadership at the helm, CCEAP reinforces its commitment to long-term value creation, operational excellence, and its enduring mission: refreshing Filipinos and making a meaningful difference nationwide.
