LG Electronics Philippines is calling on Filipino households to put their long-lasting LG air conditioners in the spotlight with the launch of the LG Oldest Air Conditioner Hunt Promo. Running from January 22 to March 31, 2026, this nationwide search invites participants to showcase their oldest still-working LG residential aircon units and share the stories behind them.

“Many Filipino families have relied on LG air conditioners for years, proving the durability and reliability of our products,” said Nakhyun Seong, Managing Director of LG Philippines. “This campaign celebrates those real-life experiences, highlighting how LG truly delivers ‘cool that lasts.’ We can’t wait to see how long some of these units have been running and hear the stories behind them.”

Who Can Join

The promo is open to Philippine residents aged 18 and above who own a residential LG air conditioner that:

• Has a legible serial or model number for verification
• Is still fully operational

Employees of LG, dealer partners, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity cannot participate.

How to Join

1. Follow LG Philippines on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
2. Create a video showing:
   • The old but still-working LG air conditioner
   • The serial or model number
   • The unit turned on to demonstrate functionality
3. Upload the video as a public post on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok using #LGairconSearch and tagging @LGPhilippines.
4. Register at http://www.lgpromoregistration.com.ph and submit:
   • Personal details
   • Link to the video post
   • The video file

Deadline: March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM

Judging Criteria

Entries will be evaluated based on:

• Age of Unit – 30%
• Functionality – 25% (Video must clearly show the unit turned on)
• Video Content – 35% (Share your experience and why “LG Aircon is the Cool That Lasts”)
• Video Quality – 10% (Clear MP4 format)

Prizes

Winners will receive brand-new LG split-type air conditioners:

• 1st Prize: HS12APX3 (1.5 HP) – Php 65,788
• 2nd Prize: HS09APX3 (1 HP) – Php 61,588
• 3rd Prize: HS09IPX3 (1 HP) – Php 53,188

Prizes are non-convertible to cash and non-transferable.
