Leading consumer finance app Billease is giving Filipinos a fresh financial reset this holiday season with the launch of its Bagong Simula Promo (Christmas Amnesty 2025)—a nationwide initiative designed to help eligible customers move forward by wiping out accumulated penalties on overdue accounts.

Running until December 31, 2025, the program offers a 100% waiver on late fees for qualified customers who fully settle their outstanding principal, interest, and regular charges within the promo period. The initiative is expected to benefit over one million customers, with waived penalties estimated to reach billions of pesos nationwide.

“We recognize that many Filipinos have faced financial challenges in recent years,” said Georg Steiger, CEO and Co-Founder of Billease. “Bagong Simula is our way of giving customers the opportunity to start over—free from the burden of accumulated fees. By removing these barriers, we aim to rebuild trust, encourage repayment, and help customers restore their financial standing.”

Through the Bagong Simula Program, customers with long-overdue accounts can get back on track quickly and easily. Eligible users will receive an official notification via email, push notification, or in-app message, along with a unique offer code. Once they visit billease.ph and complete their payment, all accumulated penalties are automatically waived, with no manual processing required.

Beyond clearing past dues, the program also supports long-term financial recovery. Settling overdue balances can help improve a customer’s credit record and support future credit score growth. Customers who need assistance may contact Billease through the in-app chat or via email at info@billease.ph.

With Bagong Simula, Billease reinforces its commitment to financial inclusion—helping more Filipinos leave past setbacks behind and step into the new year with confidence and a clean slate.
