Sundays are about to get more vibrant as TV5 begins broadcasting “ASAP XP” on October 18. This expansion ensures that a wider audience can experience the country’s premier artists and a world-class concert stage every weekend.
Live from the “ASAP XP” stage in Pampanga, leadership from both networks took part in a ceremonial signing to solidify their joint production venture.
Representing ABS-CBN at the milestone event were top executives including chairman Mark Lopez, president and CEO Carlo Katigbak, COO Cory Vidanes, and chief partnership officer Bobby Barreiro. Standing alongside them for TV5 were chairman Manuel Pangilinan, MediaQuest president and CEO Victorico Vargas, and TV5 officer-in-charge Chaye Cabal-Revilla.
Expect stellar, cross-network collaborations! The show’s weekly concert stage will now blend the star power of ABS-CBN’s roster with fresh talent from TV5’s own [STAR WORX] agency.
A powerhouse lineup of Kapamilya icons showed up to celebrate the milestone, including Ogie Alcasid, Piolo Pascual, Erik Santos, Darren Espanto, Alexa Ilacad, and Robi Domingo. Hot on-screen duo Belle Mariano and Donny Pangilinan were also spotted alongside Dylan Menor, while Carmela Lorzano, Selina Griffin, and Nico Matugas proudly represented TV5’s STAR WORX.
