This August, Waterside at Solaire Resort Entertainment City invites diners to take a gastronomic detour to the Mediterranean and Levantine shores, where every meal becomes a celebration of flavor, tradition, and communal dining. As part of its year-long Eat Around the World Series, Waterside presents a curated selection of dishes infused with the warmth, aromatic spices, and convivial spirit that define these regions.
The feast begins with an assortment of cold Mezzeh, featuring generous portions of hummus, babaganoush, tabouleh, and beetroot mutable. Vibrant in both color and flavor, these dips are served with warm pita bread that is delightfully easy to tear and tender to chew.
A standout on the Levantine platter is the Warak Enab, an intriguing yet delectable combination of beef and rice wrapped in tender grape leaves. Its delicate texture and refreshing lemony tang add another layer of flavor to the dining experience.
Following the appetizers, guests can indulge in a hearty serving of Lamb Ouzi, a Levantine classic featuring slow-cooked lamb shank prepared in traditional Ouzi style and served over a bed of fragrant rice.
For those who enjoy gathering around a shared feast, the Mashwi Grill platter brings everyone together with a generous spread of Shish Tawook grilled chicken skewers, beef kebab, and tender lamb chops.
Also not to be missed is the Bodrum Kebab, a specialty from Southwestern Turkey, served with crispy julienned potatoes, creamy garlic yogurt, and tomato sauce.
To complete the cultural and culinary journey, guests can indulge in Sultaç, a sweet vanilla rice pudding topped with an assortment of nuts.
