AIforce unlocks tremendous value by enabling agents anywhere to reason and take action across all the data, workflows, and logic inside Salesforce

Instead of fixed UI, AIforce empowers anyone to build composable, intelligent, live interfaces, wherever work happens

Today at Dreamforce, Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is unveiling AIforce, a live interface layer designed to bring the full power of Salesforce wherever people and agents work.

With AIforce, Salesforce is extending the enterprise knowledge already built into its platform—including data, workflows, business logic, semantics, permissions, security, and governance—to virtually any AI interface. The result is a new way for companies to unlock the value of the knowledge already inside Salesforce, bring trusted context and governance into agentic productivity tools, and drive new levels of growth and productivity.

Much of a company’s critical knowledge already lives in Salesforce. Until now, however, most people could access that information only by opening Salesforce and navigating its user interface. That limited who could use the platform, how much information they could access at a given time, and ultimately how much value they could derive from it.

With AIforce, people no longer have to come to Salesforce to get work done. Salesforce comes to them—in Claude, Slack, Lightning, or wherever they choose to work.

Employees who have never opened a dashboard can now ask questions, update records, and trigger workflows using natural language, all grounded in real Salesforce data and business logic. Agents can also unlock previously trapped value by reading across hundreds of records at once, pulling information from connected systems, and reasoning and taking action with a complete view of the business—at a speed and scale that no human can match.

Build a Personalized Interface Simply by Describing It

AIforce also gives anyone the ability to build their own user interface. Instead of navigating a fixed system of layouts and fields, users can describe what they need and AIforce can compose customized, live interfaces on the fly inside platforms such as Slack, Claude, and Coworker.

This gives every user an interface tailored to the insights they need, when and where they need them.

“AI is creating an interface revolution,” said Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO, Salesforce. “We are combining model intelligence with all the context that customers have built into Salesforce to create an intelligent, dynamic, composable system that is securely governed, built with Zero Data Retention, and designed to work with the core systems that already run your business.”

“As a deeply mobile-first region where people work in conversational channels, ASEAN businesses can unlock the full potential of AI through AIforce. By bringing the trusted context, workflows, and governance of Salesforce straight into where work already happens, AIforce empowers employees to act on enterprise data in simple, natural language. This gives businesses across the region the speed and operational agility needed to capture growing domestic opportunities,” said Paul Carvouni, Senior Vice President and General Manager, ASEAN, Salesforce.

AIforce Adds a New Layer to Salesforce’s Agentic Enterprise

AIforce adds a crucial new layer to Salesforce’s Agentic Enterprise architecture, which also includes:

  • Data 360 — The trusted, unified context layer that brings together harmonized and federated data, metadata, and memory so every agent can understand the customer and the business.
  • Customer 360 — The application and semantic intelligence that gives agents the business logic, processes, permissions, and actions they need to work across sales, service, marketing, commerce, and more.
  • Agentforce — A digital workforce with a deep understanding of a company’s business, functions, and industry, including ready-to-deploy agents and tools for building custom ones.
  • AIforce — Bringing this entire foundation to any AI interface.

Making AI Interfaces More Intelligent, Secure, and Composable

AIforce is designed to make AI interfaces:

  • Intelligent and dynamic: Agents can reason across Salesforce data, business logic, and conversations at once, surfacing meaningful insights rather than simply presenting records for users to sort through.
  • Secure and governed: Every request runs through existing permissions and business rules, meaning agents see only what the requesting person is authorized to see, while every action routes back through Salesforce.
  • Composable: Anyone can build an interface, agent, or view simply by describing what they need, using trusted data and business logic. Teams can go further with MCPs, APIs, plug-ins, and skills.
  • With Zero Data Retention: Business data is used to answer the question at hand and is not retained by the model provider.
  • Work with what you have: There is no need for a new permissions model, migration, or custom integration work. Admins connect once, allowing teams to gain access from day one.

A New Chapter for the Trailblazer Community

The launch also marks a new chapter for Trailblazers, Salesforce’s global community of admins, developers, architects, builders, and technology leaders, which celebrates its 20th anniversary at Dreamforce this year.

Trailblazers have continually pushed the boundaries of what is possible with Salesforce. Together, they have built 12 million apps, driven 9.6 billion API calls every day, produced 156 million lines of AI-generated code, and earned more than 151 million badges on Trailhead.

AIforce expands what Trailblazers can build and achieve by giving people and agents the ability to create interfaces powered by Salesforce’s trusted architecture and governed by its existing controls.

With AIforce, admins, developers, architects, and builders gain powerful new AI capabilities to turn ideas into reality with greater speed and scale. By putting the power of Salesforce’s entire architecture into the hands of every Trailblazer, AIforce opens a new chapter for a community that has spent two decades transforming how businesses work.

AIforce launches with Claudeforce, Slackforce, and Agentforce Coworker, bringing Salesforce to some of the most popular environments for working with AI, with more announcements expected soon.

Claudeforce

Claudeforce extends the partnership between Salesforce and Anthropic, bringing the #1 AI and the #1 CRM together to create trusted enterprise intelligence.

  • Claudeforce launches with Salesforce in Claude, bringing Salesforce intelligence into a prebuilt MCP server directly inside Claude. This eliminates much of the friction associated with manual setup, complex authentication, and custom skill mapping.
  • Salesforce in Claude launches with 37 prebuilt sales skills, covering activities ranging from prospecting to pipeline hygiene so sales representatives can gain immediate value.
  • In the near future, Salesforce in Claude will also bring analytics with Tableau, along with skills for service, marketing, commerce, and industry-specific use cases.
  • For developers, the Salesforce Development plug-in for Claude Code brings more than 40 skills, access to Salesforce’s broader skills library on GitHub, and specialized sub-plug-ins that can load dynamically and take on development tasks.
  • Salesforce in Claude has been piloted by companies including Deloitte, GitLab, and Legora, and is now available to all customers in beta.

Slackforce

Slackforce builds on Slack’s role as a collaborative environment where people, agents, applications, and data come together to move work forward.

Slackforce brings the full context and intelligence of Salesforce into conversations, workflows, and experiences.

  • Slackforce Surfaces allows users to pull relevant live context and data from Salesforce, Slack, and other tools to create interactive, live interfaces that teams can filter, explore, comment on, and act on together in real time.
  • Slackforce powers Slackbot, an out-of-the-box personal assistant capable of reasoning across conversational context in Slack as well as Salesforce’s context, semantic intelligence, and governed actions. For example, Slackbot can identify accounts that are going quiet, understand why by reading related support cases and Slack threads, reassign an owner, create a follow-up task, and draft a win-back email—all directly from Slack.
  • Slack CRM connects Slack conversations, users, and updates to Salesforce. Users can create a new Salesforce account, log notes from a recent call, and update records through a simple prompt without opening a separate CRM tool.
  • Slack Code changes how teams build with AI. It turns AI development into a multiplayer activity, giving teams a dedicated place to work with an agent on a specific coding session or project directly inside Slack.Work happens in the open by default, allowing context and knowledge to move from person to person and from person to agent. The output is more than messages—it can include working code, prototypes, and documents created directly in Slack.

“We handle over 800,000 customer inquiries a year, so getting our people the right context fast is everything,” said Elia Wallen, Founder and CEO, Engine. “Slackforce makes that possible—instead of waiting on someone else’s time and expertise to turn data into a dashboard or report, anyone on our team can just describe what they need and get a real, working interface back, built from data we already have, without ever leaving the conversation.”

Agentforce Coworker

Agentforce Coworker brings an AI teammate directly into the Lightning interface.

  • Agentforce Coworker can reason across accounts, activity, and history, surfacing insights and taking action where millions of Salesforce customers already work every day.
  • Because it operates inside Salesforce, Agentforce Coworker works within existing permissions and business rules, with nothing retained outside the customer’s trust boundary.
  • Agentforce Coworker can call specialized Agentforce agents that customers have already built and deployed, allowing it to grow alongside their agent workforce.
  • Agentforce Coworker is instantly available to Salesforce customers and can be activated with the push of a button—without migration or a new permissions model. One hundred thousand users activated Coworker within its first 35 days.

“Agentforce Coworker has been a game-changer for Fulton Bank,” said Brandon Bernard, Senior Vice President/Sales Technology Strategist, Fulton Bank. “In just weeks, we went from zero to more than 20 use cases live in production, supporting approximately 3,000 users across the organization. We’re already seeing substantial daily usage and real examples of how Coworker is helping teammates find information faster, prepare more effectively, and move work forward.”

Open by Design

AIforce is powered by the Headless Toolkit, an open architecture that exposes every element of the Salesforce platform. It gives builders and developers access to MCPs, APIs, plug-ins, skills, and developer tools for creating customized AI experiences on top of Salesforce’s architecture.

The AgentExchange ecosystem brings together partners using the Headless Toolkit to build interfaces, agents, applications, integrations, workflows, and actions, supported by a marketplace where customers can discover, buy, and deploy them.

These integrations include agentic interfaces from companies such as Anthropic, Amazon Web Services, Google, and OpenAI; AI builders including Lovable and Vercel; and AI agents and tools from Docusign, Gamma, Jasper, Ramp, and Rippling.

Bringing the Full Power of Salesforce Wherever Work Happens

AIforce brings together advanced AI with the core systems that run a business, delivering trusted enterprise intelligence through the interfaces where people and agents already work.

It puts the full power of Salesforce into any AI interface, allowing humans and agents to work together to unlock more of the value already inside Salesforce and drive new levels of customer success.

Pricing and packaging are subject to change. Availability may vary by region and is governed by customer agreements. Customers should base purchasing decisions on products and services currently available.
