TP in the Philippines Champions AI-Empowered, Future-Ready Workplaces at APAC Workforce Management Summit 2025

TP (formerly Teleperformance) in the Philippines, a global leader in digital business services, reaffirmed its commitment to building an agile, AI-empowered, and future-ready workforce through its participation in the 5th Edition of the APAC Workforce Management Summit 2025, organized by Global Workforce Management.

Held under the theme “Redefining Workforce Intelligence & Agentic AI: Enabling Resilient, Future-Ready Organizations,” the summit convened more than 200 workforce leaders and practitioners across the Asia-Pacific region. Over 20 industry experts shared insights and best practices on workforce empowerment, AI adoption and automation, people management strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Representing TP in the Philippines, Jim Mathew Joseph, Senior Vice President for Workforce Management, joined a panel discussion exploring how organizations can effectively combine AI technologies with human insight to strengthen business resilience while empowering employees.

“In a future-ready organization, technology and AI are meant to amplify—not replace—our people,” Joseph said. “At TP, we bring this to life through a human-in-the-loop approach to AI adoption. By integrating AI with human judgment and empathy, we continue to drive excellence while building workplaces that remain deeply human. This balance is what truly makes organizations future-ready.”

The summit also featured compelling case studies from industry leaders, highlighting strategies for building resilient and agile workforces capable of adapting to shifting market conditions, economic uncertainties, and rapid technological change. Discussions further emphasized the role of AI-driven insights in helping organizations become more sustainable, scalable, and competitive.

As one of the largest private employers in the Philippines, with a workforce of over 60,000 employees across 27 sites nationwide, TP in the Philippines continues to set benchmarks in people-centric excellence. The company has maintained its Great Place to Work® certification for eight consecutive years, reflecting strong employee trust and satisfaction.

TP’s consistent recognition underscores its unwavering commitment to ethical and operational excellence, particularly in advancing workplace safety, employee well-being, environmental responsibility, and long-term sustainability—hallmarks of a truly future-ready organization.
