AirAsia Philippines Rolls Out New, Diverse In-Flight Santan Menu for Q4

AirAsia Philippines is elevating its in-flight dining experience just in time for the holidays with the launch of new kid-friendly Santan meals, designed especially for Filipino families traveling together this Christmas.

Recent travel data shows a growing number of family travelers onboard. In the fourth quarter of previous years, families made up 19% of AirAsia Philippines’ total passengers—a jump from only 11% earlier in the year. This surge reflects the Filipino tradition of spending the holidays with loved ones, whether for long-awaited reunions or memorable family vacations.

To cater to this heartwarming travel trend, AirAsia’s in-flight dining brand Santan has introduced two new menu favorites:

• Baked Macaroni, a classic comfort dish that brings a taste of home onboard.
• Beef Taco Pizza, a light yet satisfying snack that both kids and adults will enjoy.

Santan meals remain affordable and accessible, with Value Combos starting at ₱150 and Hot Meal Combos at ₱320, available on select domestic routes.

As the peak travel season approaches, AirAsia Philippines is also reminding guests to book early to enjoy the best-value fares. With the Civil Aeronautics Board maintaining the fuel surcharge at Level 4 for November, travelers can look forward to lower ticket prices—just in time for their holiday getaways.
