- BARQ (Arkin Magalona) — Filipino hip-hop artist and son of the legendary Francis Magalona — opens the Season 16 Playoffs on October 22.
- UNXPCTD, the rap collective behind viral hits “Pass Sa Lowkey” and “EA na Taga”, takes the stage on October 23.
- Nobita, known for the chart-topping “Ikaw Lang”, performs alongside MPL PH casters on October 25.
- Ace Banzuelo, the singer-songwriter behind “Muli”, will perform both at MPL Festival Superfan City and the MPL Arena Grand Finals Day.
