AirAsia Philippines is breaking boundaries once again—redefining the way future cabin crew are discovered. In a bold move to champion inclusivity and authenticity, the World’s Best Low-Cost Airline is transforming its recruitment process, putting the spotlight on talent, attitude, and skills instead of appearances.
From 20 to 29 August 2025, every Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 NN, aspiring Allstars can take their shot at joining the skies—without the pressure of formal suits and full makeup. This time, AirAsia keeps it simple and cost-friendly:
- Male applicants: white T-shirt, jeans, and casual rubber shoes
- Female applicants: white shirt, denim skirt, and heels
Instead of the traditional “runway-style” screenings, candidates will now immerse themselves in a realistic, service-oriented environment, offering a genuine glimpse of what it means to be an AirAsia Allstar. From showcasing hospitality to adapting in guest-focused scenarios, aspirants will live “a day in the skies” even before they get hired.

What to Bring
Future Allstars should prepare:
- An updated CV or résumé
- A recent non-AI-generated photo
- Their brightest smiles and confidence to shine through
Applicants must also meet the minimum height requirement proportionate to their Body Mass Index (BMI). While college graduates are encouraged, senior high school graduates are welcome as well. Fluency in English, Filipino, or other languages will be considered an advantage.
This initiative marks the 4th Open Day recruitment of 2025, adding to three successful batches earlier this year and fueling the growing demand for next year’s intake.
