The record-breaking box office sensation “Hello, Love, Again”, starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards, continues its winning streak—this time at the 8th Entertainment Editors’ Choice Awards (The Eddys)—with a total of eight prestigious nominations, including the highly coveted Best Picture award.
The highest-grossing Filipino film of all time, with a staggering ₱1.6 billion global box office haul, is also in the running for:
- Best Director – Cathy Garcia-Sampana
- Best Actor – Alden Richards
- Best Supporting Actor – Joross Gamboa
- Best Screenplay
- Best Editing
- Best Production Design
- Best Musical Score

In recognition of their massive box office impact, Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards will also be honored as Box Office Heroes—a special tribute awarded by The Eddys for their exceptional performance in leading “Hello, Love, Again” to historic success.
Joining them in the Box Office Heroes roster are:
- Vice Ganda for the comedy hit “And the Breadwinner Is…” (₱460 million worldwide gross), who is also nominated for Best Actor
- Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto for the romantic drama “Un/Happy For You” (₱450 million box office sales)
The 8th Eddys Awards Night will be held on July 20 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Pasay City, with a delayed telecast on the Kapamilya Channel and Jeepney TV. iWant will stream the ceremony internationally starting July 27.
