Ice Almeria made history as the inaugural grand champion of ABS-CBN and Nathan Studios’ reality dance competition Time To Dance, earning the highest combined score of 92.21% from his duo and solo finale performances last Saturday (April 12).

In the final solo round, Ice—also the youngest contestant in the competition—captivated the Dance Council with a powerful routine that told his personal story of rising above judgment and proving his worth through dance. His emotional and technically strong performance sealed his victory and resonated deeply with the audience and judges alike.

For his win, Ice took home the grand prize of ₱300,000. Coming in second was Kenneth, who won ₱100,000, while Emman placed third and received ₱50,000.

Meanwhile, Cherry Tolentino, Paulo Capuz, and Julian Villegas were unable to impress the Dance Council in the finale and received the lowest combined scores.

The grand finale’s Dance Council was composed of an all-star panel: It’s Showtime host and Streetboys member Vhong Navarro, World of Dance Philippines director Vimi Rivera, World of Dance PH finalist Ken San Jose, Padyak PH artistic director Von Asilo, UPeepz founder Chips Beltran, A-Team coach MJ Arda, and Philippine Allstars artistic director Lema Diaz.

New Gen Dance Champion Gela Atayde, who co-hosted the show with Robi Domingo, expressed her gratitude to all the dancers for inspiring audiences through their stories and performances.
