Filipino musician Zack Tabuldo has finally released a music video for his reimagined kundiman single ‘Binibini’.
‘Binibini’ is out to the public since March under Island Records Philippines. It’s his third single following ‘Elizabeth’ and ‘Iyong iyo’ which is a really good song too.
The music video features a young couple starring Seth Fedelin and Andrea Brillantes at the peak of their break-up. It was premiered last Monday (April 12 ). It shows the moments they’ve shared together throughout the relationship as time rewinds all the way back to their very first meeting.
‘Binibini’ is more than just a simple crush or clichéd relationship. This song is about a mutual connection between two people who have romantically swept away with each other but waits for the right moment to say what they feel, Zach shared.
The clips play in reverse from the bitter-sour ending to its early sweetest and happy days. Meanwhile, Zack is performing the song in the middle of heavy pouring rain.
According to Zack, this symbolizes his own experience with a previous lover. ‘Binibini was written at the peak of his past romantic relationship with a former flame, he revealed.
“She was the binibini that I would dance with in the middle of the rain, in the middle of a chaos, or whatever’s happening around us.”
This song will surely serenade your own ‘Binibini’ once you start listening or singing to this. Music is really magical that can make you feel loved and kilig.
