Stray Kids tops Billboard 200 Chart with ‘ODDINARY’

Stray Kids have made their first ever top 1 debut on Billboard 200 Chart with their new released mini-album, ‘ODDINARY.’ It is their first entry on the said chart.

On March 28, Billboard stated that Stray Kids‘ latest mini album “ODDINARY” has debuted at No. 1 on its Top 200 Albums list, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States on a weekly basis.

Because of this success, Stray Kids is now the third KPOP Group overall, the first JYP Entertainment, and the only 4th KPOP Generation to achieve this milestone. BTS (Hybe Corporation) and SUPERM (SM Entertainment) were the artists who have achieved No.1 on the Billboard 200.

ODDINARY” also had the highest sales week in the United States of any album released so far in 2022. It earned a total of 110,000 equivalent album units for the week ending March 24, according to Luminate (previously MRC Data).

Furthermore, “ODDINARY” is just the 13th mostly non-English-language album to reach No. 1 in Billboard history.

Stray Kids have hit the UK’s Official Albums Chart and Official Singles Chart for the first time with “ODDINARY” and its title track “MANIAC,” respectively. (The Official charts are commonly regarded as the equivalent of Billboard’s US charts in the United Kingdom.)

Congratulations on this new achievement, Stray Kids!
