The honorees, living legends, and icons of Philippine Cinema can expect to bring an outing through a world of fond memories during Sine Sandaan: Celebrating the Luminaries of Philippine Cinema’s 100 Years last September 12 as the New Frontier Theater changed to an Art Deco Cinema as a reverence to the independent performance centers during the Golden Age of Philippine Cinema.
Associated with its complicated structure and saw as an image of the principal ascent of the film as a staple of Filipino culture, Art Deco Cinemas in the Philippines were prolific in the 1930s and 1950s and will be an able visual theme in One’s festival Hundred Years of Philippine Cinema.

On September 12, Sine Sandaan marks the official launch of the Centennial Year with the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) taking the helm for the celebration. The event co-presented by CMB Film Services and ABS-CBN and supported through FDCP’s strengthened partnerships with the Department of Tourism (DOT), Araneta Group, and Fashion Designers Association of the Philippines (FDAP).
It will follow sine Sandaan with Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (PPP) 2019, a week-long exclusive screening of Filipino genre films. PPP 2019 co-presented by Frontrow International in partnership with the Cinema Exhibitors Association of the Philippines (CEAP) and CMB Film Services with major sponsors Fire and Ice Productions, ThinkBIT Solutions, Toronto Film School and Yorkville University, Bicol Isarog Transport System, Inc., and Novotel Manila.
