Samsung’s Innovations Business Propel Age of Seamless Connectivity

Samsung showcased innovations that power solutions during its first Business Expo in the Philippines, enabling digital business transformations across various sectors.

Samsung reaffirmed its dedication to driving digital transformation across public and private sectors in the Philippines through its inaugural Business Expo, hosted on March 21 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City.

Themed “Innovations That Power Solutions,” Samsung’s Business Expo showcased the company’s cutting-edge technology, not only revolutionizing residential spaces into multifaceted environments but also providing seamless integrations tailored for diverse sectors including education, government, hospitality, manufacturing, and retail.

Min Su Chu, President of Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation (SEPCO), emphasized the significance of the Business Expo as a tangible step towards supporting the nation’s development agenda, bolstering government agencies, and fostering growth across various industries.

Chu reiterated Samsung’s commitment to delivering enhanced connected experiences for businesses through its ecosystem of products designed to increase productivity and improve customer satisfaction, thereby propelling the Philippines towards a future of interconnectedness.

Industry leaders and experts shared valuable insights during the event on the role of innovation in driving solutions within the realm of connected experiences. SEPCO President Min Su Chu outlined Samsung’s evolution in tandem with technological advancements, while keynote speaker Ivan John E. Uy, Secretary of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), underscored the pivotal role of innovation in nation-building.

Engr. Joshua Bingcang, President of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), delved into strategic digital transformations, complemented by Raffi Hwang from Samsung Electronics HQ discussing the transformative power of connectivity. Samsung Partners, along with Leslie Goh, Regional Head of Integrated Business & Display Group, shed light on the importance of digital transformation and Samsung’s support for businesses in this endeavor.

The Innovations Showcase highlighted breakthroughs in mobile technology, AV solutions, digital appliances, air conditioners, and displays. Xavier Feys, Vice President of Air Conditioning Center of Excellence for Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO), elaborated on leveraging AI for energy conservation in businesses. Ian Chong, Regional Director & Head of Enterprise, Mobile B2B for Southeast Asia & Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), explored advanced connectivity through Knox security, mobile solutions, and AI applications for business. Mark Goh, Regional B2B Product Manager for SEAO, shared insights into the latest advancements in VXT solutions.
