In this challenging Covid-19 times, one has to be in good health and with strong immune system. Being in good shape does not only help prevent or fight Covid-19 if case you get it, if also improves our overall well being in terms of productivity, confidence and happiness.

So for my age of 59, is should target from 99 to 140 BPM when exercising depending on the intensity I want to achieve.

Spo2 or blood oxygen level tells how much oxygen is circulating in our red blood cells. You are most probably familiar with the pulse oximeter that clips onto your fingertip. It became a popular device during the pandemic because Covid-19 causes lower blood oxygen levels.

The blood oxygen level is measured in percentage with 95 to 100 percent to be considered normal. If it falls below 88 percent, it is a caused of concern.
