Power Mac Center Expands Device Repair Services to Select Stores Nationwide

Apple users in the Philippines can now enjoy the convenience of dropping off their devices for premium repair or maintenance services at select Power Mac Center (PMC) or The Loop stores, with a minimal shipping fee. This new service offers accessibility and peace of mind, as customers can trust that their precious devices will be in good hands at the Mobile Care Service Center, PMC’s Apple Authorized Service Provider. The center boasts Certified Engineers and exclusive access to genuine Apple parts, ensuring top-quality repairs.

The retail drop-off service is available to all Apple users in the Philippines, regardless of whether their devices are in or out of warranty. Mobile Care Service Centers accept a range of devices, including iPhone 7 series or later, MacBook Air (early 2015 model or later), MacBook Pro (2017 model or later), and iMac (2017 model or later).

For safety purposes, they are advised to back up or migrate their files, remove all accessories and personal information, disable security passwords, deactivate Find My, and provide their own packaging, preferably the original box. Once the service transaction is complete, the device will be delivered directly to the customer’s preferred address.
