Philippine Embassy in Spain Hosts Business Forum in Collaboration with CEOE, PEZA, and San Carlos Local Government and Development Board

The Philippine Embassy in Spain, in collaboration with CEOE, PEZA and San Carlos Local Government, organized its first business forum at the Centro de Filipinas en Madrid

On March 21, 2024, the Philippine Embassy successfully hosted a business forum in collaboration with the Spanish business entity Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE), alongside the Philippine Economic Zones Authority, the San Carlos City Local Government, and the San Carlos Development Board. The event took place at the Centro de Filipinas en Madrid, the Embassy’s versatile venue catering to various stakeholders, primarily members of the Filipino community, while also serving as a platform for the Embassy’s economic diplomacy endeavors.

This forum marked the initial direct engagement of the San Carlos Local Government with representatives from diverse Spanish businesses interested in investing in the Philippines, particularly in Philippine special economic zones.
